The group attended and gave presentations at the 2016 EWRI World Environmental and Water Resources Congress in West Palm Beach, Florida. All graduate students gave oral presentations on key aspects of their research, and undergraduate members of the group attended and presented posters. Lauren Logan presented on the economic tradeoffs between thermoelectric power plant operations and aquatic species diversity. Reshmina William presented on the use of reliability analysis techniques to investigate the performance of green roofs. William Lubega introduced a model integrating drought and thermoelectric production. Christopher Chini presented an analysis of the energy and water savings of ENERGY STAR and WaterSense appliances in the home.
