Joseph Bongungu presents his work on electricity for residential water heating

M.S. student Joseph Bongungu presented his work on electricity for residential water heating in the greater Chicago area at the 2019 American Geophysical Union Fall Meeting, December 9-13, 2019, in San Francisco, CA. Joseph’s poster, “A Data-Driven Approach to Quantifying Energy for Residential Water Heating in Urban Areas,” is a collaboration with Paul Francisco and Stacy Gloss at Indoor Climate Research & Training in the Applied Research Institute at Illinois. Joseph’s work is supported by the Illinois Water Resources Center.

Dr. Chris Chini presents his poster on energy-for-water data

Former Stillwell Research Group member, Dr. Chris Chini, also presented his work on energy-for-water data published in literature. Chris’s poster, “Availability and Prevalence of Energy-for-Water Data: A Critical Review of the Urban Energy-Water Nexus,” is a collaboration with undergraduate researcher Lauren Excell.
